Shall we talk?
Your AI consultant for Vox services.

The moment you lose a customer
It is never during the quarterly review. It is at 18:42, when nobody picks up.
“Can I bring the car tomorrow at eight?” Rings out. The caller dials the next garage on the list.
“Does this jacket run small?” No reply in chat. The basket is abandoned before morning.
Forty emails overnight. Thirty of them ask the same thing: “where is my confirmation?”
Two products, one assistant
Same brain on the phone, in the chat, and in the inbox.
You teach the assistant once: your website, your documents, a short interview. From then on it gives the same answer whether a customer calls, types, or emails. No second tool, no second knowledge base, no contradictions.
VOX Voice
Answers when nobody can
Evenings, weekends, the hour when every hand is busy. The assistant picks up, says it is an AI, understands free speech, answers routine questions, takes the request and contact details, and emails you a summary. Complex cases go to a person on duty.
- Your company workspace
- Natural voice, not a menu. “Press 1” is over
- Request summary by email and in the dashboard within seconds
- Transfer to a colleague on duty, or take a callback
- We agree and prepare the channels your business needs during onboarding.
VOX Chat & Inbox
Sells on your site, clears your mail
A chat that behaves like your best salesperson: finds the right product, answers sizing and delivery questions, and collects the lead. Behind it, an inbox agent that sorts incoming mail, answers “where is my order”, returns and invoice copies, and escalates the rest to your team.
- One line of code on any website or shop
- Product recommendations from your own catalogue
- Order status, returns, invoice copies without a human
- Drafts or sends replies; you set the confidence threshold
- WooCommerce, Shopify, WhatsApp and more, connected in onboarding
One core
Every channel in. Every action out. One assistant in the middle.
- Phone calls
- Website chat
- Email and helpdesk
CORE
- Your CRM and lead list
- Calendar bookings
- Shop, courier and custom actions
- Hand-off to a person
Knowledge base, conversation memory and the rules you set live in the core. Channels are adapters. That is why a call can end with a chat message, and a chat can turn into a call with the context intact.
Integrations
If it has an API, a feed or a mailbox, we can connect it.
Ready connectors for the systems small and mid-sized European businesses actually run, plus a universal layer for everything else. Every status below is the truth today, not a roadmap slide. Ask Vox in the chat about your exact stack.
Universal layer: connect any platform
This is how we say yes to a system that is not on the list.
- REST API & webhooks Available
The assistant calls your endpoint during a conversation, and your system can push events to ours. Signed, retried, logged.
- Zapier, Make, n8n Available
One webhook step connects thousands of apps without code. Good for CRMs, spreadsheets and notifications.
- Email as an adapter Available
Forward a mailbox to the assistant, or let it send structured emails to a system that reads them. Works with anything.
- Feeds and files Available
Product catalogue, price list or availability as XML, JSON, CSV or iCal. Re-read on a schedule.
- MCP tools Available
Model Context Protocol: if a vendor publishes an MCP server, the assistant can use its tools directly.
- Custom action built with you Available
Anything else with an API. Scoped and tested during onboarding, with an audit log of every call.
Every action the assistant takes in your systems is logged with who asked, what was sent and what came back. You can put any action behind a confirmation from a person.

Why not a chat-only tool
A chat widget leaves the phone ringing.
Most AI agents for e-commerce stop at text. Your customers do not. The comparison below is against typical chat-only platforms; ask us for a side-by-side with any specific vendor.

How it works
Nothing to replace. Three steps.
Your company workspace
We prepare a separate workspace and the main assistant instructions for your business. You add company information, documents and additional working rules. We test the assistant together before launch.
You test it, privately
Call it, chat with it, try to break it. Adjust tone, rules and hand-off conditions with us. Nothing is public until you say so.
Go live channel by channel
You test the assistant in your workspace. We refine its replies and rules together, then activate the agreed channels after your approval.
For businesses where the phone rings more often than there are hands
How we handle data and disclosure today
European by design, not by disclaimer.
Servers in the EU
Our servers are in the EU. Some speech and language providers may process data outside the EU under EU safeguards (SCC or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). See the privacy policy.
No stored call audio on our side
Speech becomes text in memory and the audio is gone. Conversation text has personal data masked and is deleted after 30 days.
AI Act transparency: the assistant always says it is an AI
The assistant discloses it is an AI in the first sentence, always. Hand-off to a human is always available. We stay out of high-risk use cases such as emergency lines.
Your data is not training data
We do not train models on your conversations. Prompt-injection and data-extraction attempts are detected and logged.
Early access 2026
A trial on your own number or site.
We take a limited number of new customers per month so that every one gets a hand-built knowledge base and weekly reports. Tell us what you lose most: calls, chats or emails. A person replies to every request.
- Trial terms agreed in writing before you start
- Knowledge base built for you, not by you
- Pricing agreed after you have seen it work
- Cancel with one email
Questions people ask before starting
Straight answers.
Something missing? Ask Vox in the chat above. It knows exactly what we can and cannot do yet.
Will callers and chat visitors know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The assistant says so in its first sentence, on the phone and in chat, and this cannot be switched off. It is required by the EU AI Act and it is also simply honest. If someone prefers a person, the assistant does not argue: it offers a colleague or email.
What languages does it speak?
English is the default; Latvian, Russian and Spanish are available now. The assistant switches when the caller asks or speaks another language. Other EU languages on request: we add them and test them with real calls before your go-live.
Do I need to change my phone number or my website?
We prepare a separate workspace and the main assistant instructions for your business. You add company information, documents and additional working rules. We test the assistant together before launch.
Where is our data processed?
Our servers are in the EU. Some speech and language providers may process data outside the EU under EU safeguards (SCC or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). See the privacy policy. Our servers do not store call audio: speech is turned into text in memory and the audio is gone. Conversation text is masked for personal data and deleted after 30 days.
What happens when the assistant cannot help?
It says so and hands over. On the phone it can transfer to a person on duty or take a message with a callback request. In chat it collects the details and creates a ticket for your team. You receive a summary by email either way.
How long does setup take?
We do not promise a number of days: it depends on your content and, for the phone, on your operator. Connecting a number in Latvia took us weeks. We build the knowledge base from your website, documents and a short interview; chat and inbox are ready first, you test the assistant privately, and we agree the go-live date with you.
What does it cost?
Pricing is agreed individually after the trial, based on your call minutes and conversation volume. Trial terms and pricing are agreed in writing before you start. We would rather show you what it does first and then talk numbers.
Is the phone product available outside Latvia?
We agree and prepare the channels your business needs during onboarding.
