2. The service
Vox is an AI assistant and business process automation platform. Zvanis is its Latvian-market brand. Available functions and connections are confirmed individually before use.
3. Website and demo requests
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate contact details. Request a demo only for a number or account you control or are authorised to use. A demo request is not a paid subscription.
4. Business customers
Paid business use, subscription conditions, scope and pricing are governed by an individual written agreement. These website terms do not replace that agreement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful content, abuse the service, make automated repeated demo requests, attempt to breach security or scrape the website automatically without permission.
6. AI disclosure
The assistant identifies itself as an AI assistant. AI-generated answers can contain errors. Check information before relying on it for important decisions.
7. Intellectual property
The provider and relevant rights holders retain rights in the platform, branding and website. You retain rights in content you supply. Further usage rights are agreed in writing.
8. Liability
Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable written agreement. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes
The current version and its update date appear on this page. Changes to a paid agreement follow that agreement.
10. Governing law and disputes
The law of the Republic of Latvia applies. Disputes are considered by the competent Latvian courts, subject to mandatory legal rights and jurisdiction rules.
